WHAT WE OFFER

Our studio brings together experienced movement specialists offering Therapeutic Pilates, Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), Scolio-Pilates®, orthopedic massage, and other specialized approaches to movement and bodywork. Each service offers a different way to explore movement, restore muscular connection, and support your body's ability to adapt.
Therapeutic Pilates We integrate breathwork with controlled, intentional movement to develop strength, mobility, coordination and balance. With specialized Pilates apparatus and individualized instruction, exercises can be adapted to accommodate different abilities and physical needs. Both of the following apparatus expand the possibilities of traditional Pilates, allowing us to tailor movement experiences to each client's needs.

CoreAlign® Originally developed for rehabilitation, CoreAlign offers a supported, low-impact way to get moving. With adjustable resistance and independently moving platforms, exercises can be adapted for individuals with limited mobility or those returning to physical activity. Its upright design encourages natural movement patterns while developing strength, balance and confidence in everyday movement.

Konnector® Reformer The Konnector is a unique pulley system that allows the arms and legs to move independently while remaining connected. This creates opportunities to explore muscular imbalances, improve coordination and develop greater awareness of how different parts of the body work together.
Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT)®
MAT® changed the way we think about pain, imbalance, and movement -- and it may change the way you experience your body.
Muscle Activation Techniques® is a noninvasive, hands-on approach to assessing and improving muscular function. We begin by evaluating joint range of motion, then use specific muscle testing to identify muscles that may not be contracting efficiently. Through precise stimulation of the muscles at their attachment sites, MAT® works to restore muscular connection and improve the body's ability to support movement. By addressing limitations in muscular function, MAT® may support greater mobility, joint stability and physical performance while reducing discomfort. Scolio-Pilates®

Scolio-Pilates® is a specialized approach to Pilates designed for individuals living with scoliosis. Using an understanding of each person's unique spinal curves, exercises are adapted to support muscular balance, improve postural awareness and develop strength. Rather than trying to force the spine into a particular position, Scolio-Pilates® offers individualized strategies for moving with greater support and confidence. Sessions are offered by Jenna, a certified Scolio-Pilates® practitioner. Call or text Jenna at 415-722-0421.
Whether you're returning to activity after a hip or knee replacement, back surgery, or injury, we meet you where you are in your recovery. We also work with active adults navigating arthritis, joint limitations, or the changing physical demands of activities they love, including surfing, golf, pickleball and hiking. Through individualized Pilates and other therapeutic movement approaches, we support your transition from rehabilitation to greater independence, helping you rebuild strength and confidence in movement.
Our team includes a Physical Therapy Assistant, bringing additional clinical expertise to your recovery journey. We don't follow a protocol. We follow your body.
