Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT)™
The goal: restore the capability of muscles to contract on demand.
A Revolutionary approach to the assessment and correction of muscular imbalances, joint instability, and limitations in range of motion within the human body.
A non- invasive bodywork technique, designed to balance the muscular system of people of all ages.
A unique systematic format used to “jumpstart” the muscles in order for them to function with maximum efficiency.
Because a loss of efficient muscular contraction is strongly associated with a decreased range of motion, we first evaluate an individual’s joint ranges of motion. This gives us a “big” picture view, a starting point and a direction.
We utilize specific muscle testing to identify diminished muscle contractility. Thru a specific hands on technique we are able to start the body improving contractility to the muscles. This, is turn, can enhance motion and diminish discomfort and progress physical performance.

Post- Physical Rehabilitation
Post- Physical Rehabilitation programs are designed for those individuals who are recovering from a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. Because of these soft tissue and joint problems, the probability of a more complete recovery and continued strength is enhanced through a structured approach to exercise.
